📝 Filing a DMCA Takedown Notice

If you believe that your copyrighted work has been copied in a way that constitutes copyright infringement and is accessible on our website, please notify our designated Copyright Agent by submitting a formal DMCA Takedown Notice. Your notice must include the following information:

📬 How to Submit Your Notice

Please send your DMCA Takedown Notice to our designated Copyright Agent via email. We will process and investigate all valid and complete notices, and take appropriate actions as required by the DMCA, including removing or disabling access to the infringing material.

🛡️ Filing a DMCA Counter-Notice

If you believe that material you posted on our site was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may file a Counter-Notice. To be effective, your Counter-Notice must include:

• Your physical or electronic signature.
• Identification of the material that has been removed or disabled and the location (URL) at which the material appeared before it was removed.
• A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief that the material was removed or disabled as a result of mistake or misidentification.
• Your name, address, telephone number, and email address.
• A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the courts of Sri Lanka, and that you will accept service of process from the person who provided the original DMCA notification or an agent of such person.

🛑 Repeat Infringer Policy

In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable laws, Travel With Lak has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the access of users, subscribers, or account holders who are deemed to be repeat infringers of intellectual property rights.
